Dilan works as a Sustainable Cities Expert in European Union projects lead by Demir Energy, focusing on sustainable urban planning, GIS-based solutions, disaster management, and climate change policies. She is responsible for Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAP) aimed at implementing local governments' sustainability goals for 2030 and 2050.

Having completed their undergraduate education in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Architecture, Dilan has experience in designing and implementing urban transformation processes; preparing and implementing zoning plans. She currently continuous a master's degree in Applied Urban Science and Urban Innovation at Yıldız Technical University.

İrem Orman has graduated from Environmental Engineering at İstanbul Technical University. She works as a Sustainability Consultant on corporate carbon footprint management, water footprint calculation, ISO 14064 Greenhouse Gases Management System, GHG reduction, Science Based Target (SBT), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) at Demir Enerji. In addition, she contributes for preparing Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP) for local governments. She is also contributing in EU Projects. She is working as a Turkey partners' project member in PRIMA H2020 funded NATMed Project on "Nature-based Solutions on existing infrastructures for resilient Water Management in the Mediterranean" in Bozcaada pilot site in Turkey.

Buse has graduated from Environmental Engineering program at Istanbul Technical University with second degree and she works as a Sustainability Consultant on corporate carbon footprint management, ISO 14064 Greenhouse Gases Management System, Science Based Target (SBT), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) at Demir Enerji. In addition, she contributes to the preparation of Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs) for local governments and EU projects.
